Portions in America have gotten out of control.
Use a smaller plate.
Put the bag away! Portion out how many chips you’re going to eat.
Eat at the table (not standing, or in front of the tv or computer…).
Take your time.
Make treats a once in a while occasion rather than an everyday thing.
